At the shop, we strive to bring you comfort food made of the highest quality ingredients. No shortcuts. No bottled sauces. No MSG. Each dish has been carefully created by taste testing and trial and error. My family and friends are my biggest critics. That’s why I strive to maintain the quality and consistency of each dish as it was introduced five years ago. 

Fresh mushrooms, French cream, fresh organic produce, real butter, Japanese ingredients and quality meats have always been part of our grocery list. I was also lucky to be introduced to homemade pasta at such a young age. When I was four years old, our neighbor’s cook taught our cook how to make fresh pasta. Her pasta-making skills have evolved to ramen and to this day, she still makes the noodles and gyoza wrappers for us. 

I learned how to build our menu from the foundations of classical French cooking - the respect for food, the incorporation of each basic ingredient to form and create a dish, to making sauces and implementing proper cooking techniques. At the shop, we try to make dishes that you will look for and remember. With a passion for food and an insatiable palette, we constantly learn ways to recreate and reinvent as we go along. It has always been our motto to serve high-quality, clean-tasting, and very affordable dishes.
